Deposit Amount: $500 Security Deposit
Deposit: $500 deposit for rentals up to 2 months, due upon lease
signing $1000 deposit for rentals 3+ months, due upon lease sign
Refund Policy: Prior to lease start: After paperwork is signed and
deposit given, the deposit will be fully refunded if we are able
to find an acceptable replacement renter for at least the first
month of the rental period.
During lease period: For legitimate (e.g. sickness) early departures
during the lease period, a pro-rated refund will be provided we
are able to find an acceptable replacement renter for any portion
of the original lease period. |
