additional 1,000 sq. feet lanai). Large screened electric/and
or solar pool has shallow and deep ends and has steps into
the pool with electric heated Jacuzzi/spa. Pool & Jacuzzi
may be heated to a temp of 104 degrees. You will not be
cold! Pool toys, beach chairs, balls, kick boards &
noodles) included. Lounge chairs & table & chairs
located outside in the pool area. Grill.
10,000 lb. electric boatlift and redwood dock in the backyard.
You may bring your own boat, or have a boat delivered for
your use during your stay. 5 seat small pedal boat available
for your free use while at the home. 2 car garage with garage
door opener. Bikes: Several adult and 1 infant carrier seat,
1 tricycle available for use in the garage.

Home comfortably sleeps 8. 2 Private Master bedrooms, each
with sliding glass doors and access to
the pool, lanai & jacuzzi/spa from the bedrooms.
1st bedroom: Queen size bed, color TV, large
walk in attached bathroom with double sinks, tub, separate
room with toilet. Double glass sliding doors to the pool
area for late night private swims or jacuzzi play.
2nd bedroom: Queen size bed with adjacent bathroom. Double

3rd bedroom: 1 queen size bed 4th bedroom: 2 twin beds
