The home is furnished in a contemporary style throughout
and every conceivable item is supplied, including linens,
towels, iron, cooker, dish washer and more. All common areas
are tiled.
Bedding arrangements are romantic 4 poster king in master,
queen in second
master, twin beds in third bedroom and full/single bunk
in bedroom four. Bedroom four is Disney themed. The private
pool is fully screened with open fields to the rear and
also features a powerful jacuzzi and quality deck furniture.
This house is located approximately one mile from the Formosa
Village Shopping Center on US192.

Dining: TGI Friday's, Carrabbas Italian Grill, Outback Steak
House, Giordano's Pizza, Taco Bell, Subway, Taste of China,
Take Japanese and Dairy Queen. Most of these restaurants
offer take out and delivery.
Shopping: Eckerd, Winn Dixie Marketplace Grocery store,
Dry Cleaning, Hairdresser and Centra Care walk in medical.
Golf: The nearest Golf Course is one mile from the house
and is the newly opened Palms Resort - Mystic Dunes Course,
which is receiving very good reviews in the Golfing press.
Alongside Formosa Village are numerous other eating places
- Denny's, McDonalds, Burger King, Steak Houses, Lobster
and Crab restaurants, Sizzler, Ponderosa, Bob Evans, IHOP,
Shoney's and Golden Corral.

Nightly rate is from $119 to $189 per night INCLUDING state
and local taxes at 12%. Pool heating charge is $20 per night
with a 5 night minimum. Jacuzzi only $10 per night, no minimum.
Precise nightly rate depends on duration of stay and time
of year. Please email for best price. Check in is after
4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00AM. No cleaning charge
for stays of 5 nights or more. If your stay is LESS than
5 nights, then a cleaning fee of $80 will be charged.
House accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
Cancellations and Refunds: Reservation deposit of 20% of
total amount due is payable at time of booking and is non
refundable. Final payment needs to be made 6 weeks prior
to arrival.
Security Deposit: Security deposit of $140 required - refundable
in full within 30 days of departure assuming no damage to
property or contents.
