This beautiful and spacious waterfront/ocean view vacation rental
is a two story home located in the most secluded and private
waterfront community in the Upper Keys. It is a very typical
style keys home decorated with a warm keys style setting.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms 2 baths, Living area, full kitchen, dinning
area, outside patio overlooking the bay. Downstairs: 1 bedroom
/family room, 1 bath, kitchen, laundry, TV in all rooms. Covered
yet open terrace with bar, gazebo/cabana. Fishing areas all
around, very clean ocean water to swim in, 60 foot Dock on
canal side with fish cleaning station, 3 boat davits, deep
canal, paddle boat for cruising the bay, last house at the
end block (no local traffic) with a large sea wall footage
surrounding the property. Tropical night lights and tiki torches
surrounding the property and coconut trees (very romantic
setting at night), hammocks and benches all around for reading
and relaxing.
The ocean waters are your play ground and it’s all there
for you to enjoy. Located seconds from the town of Tavernier,
where you will find several of the best restaurants in the
keys (Snappers, Dillions Pub & Grill, Old Tavernier to
name a few). You will find Winn Dixie Supermarket, Eckerd
Drugs store, Dairy Queen, the newly expanded 5 plex Cinema,
US post office, Ace hardware store, Froggy's Gym, Wild Bird
Center, Mariners Hospital, Harry Harris Park, Mangrove Marina
(full service marina), right off the boat fish market, dive
shops, boat rentals, fishing charters and the list goes on.
Just minutes away (10 to 15) is the Village of Islamorada
