Emerald Island Resort is a brand new private enclave of
beautiful vacation homes in a unique setting of an eleven
acre wooded preserve with nature trails and ponds. This
idyllic setting is superbly located only 1.9 miles from
Disney's gate.
At Emerald Island's clubhouse you will find a gym, sauna,
cyber cafe, game room, sundrie shop, tiki bar overlooking
a beautiful pond fringed with pine trees and palms, large
pool, tot lot, picnic area and spa.
For a relaxing respite to the busy fun filled activities
that Orlando is famous for, you will find no finer retreat
than Emerald Island Resort.
In addition to tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, a
huge community pool along with your own private screened
in pool, the nature trails through the woods in the back
of the homes are unique and immensely relaxing.
This home is brand new in 2002. Landscaping is lush and
privacy focused-- backyard abuts 11 acres of conservancy
with winding nature trails and picnic tables. The decor
is distinctly tropical. This home has 4 bedrooms (two master
suites, one with roman tub and double shower with sliding
glass doors to pool) Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, four twins.
There is also a pullout sofa. Each of the four bedrooms
has its own cable television. We have a washer & dryer,
microwave, range, oven full kitchen accessories. This home
has a separate family room/kitchen and living room/dining
room.

Master Suite: This master suite has a king-sized bed, Roman
tub, double vanity sinks, two-person shower, and sliding
glass doors directly out to the pool. Exotic African decor
and rattan paddle fan. This suite also
has its own large Cable TV. The second master suite:
The second master suite is on the opposite end of the house
with a queen sized bed and en suite full bath. This suite
has its own Cable TV and is decorated in a seashell theme.
Located in our beautiful community clubhouse:computers
with internet access, helpful staff with answers regarding
area attractions and available tours, shuttle bus to Disney,
other attractions, and to shopping malls with pickup and
departure times from Emerald Island, our tiki bar for a
cocktail at the pool, our delightful
spa, which seats about twelve of your closest or perhaps
newest friends.
