Our four-bedroom three bath home has 2 master suites and
is located at Lake Berkley where you have it all... a new
gated community of beautiful homes in an idyllic setting
just 10 minutes to Disney, and situated close to great shopping,
parks and Orlando's world famous attractions.
The home has an open spacious feel of luxury including a
covered lanai, 2 master bedrooms (King bed in each) with
the en suite baths, a living/family room, a formal dining
room with seating for six, and a breakfast nook with seating
for four overlooking the pool and spa.
Additional features include an outdoor charcoal barbeque,
5 televisions, VCR, stereo, full sized washer and dryer,
towels, linens, highchair, portacrib, iron and ironing board
and a fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings throughout
the home have been upgraded to assure the ultimate vacation
experience.
While staying in our home, be sure to take advantage of
Lake Berkley's resort amenities. Start off by relaxing on
the sand beach, playing sand volleyball, walking out to
the observation deck and fishing pier, or picnicking at
the barbeque area. Next you can jog or walk around the lake.
Later there is also a community center with its own Clubhouse,
exercise equipment, swimming pool, spa and tennis court.
The Clubhouse also has an internet cafe.
