items or items forgotten in the property. We are also not
responsible for any personal injury while occupying a property,
and you and your total authorized party occupying the property
and your guests visiting agree to not hold us responsible
by checking into the vacation property. Please understand
that due to very rare serious unexpected maintenance issues,
or unapproved late departures, we may have no alternative
but to substitute you to another home of similar quality
or better with at least the same number of bedrooms as you
have reserved. This is very rare, and of course we would
make every effort to keep you in the same home as originally
scheduled.
