Two bedrooms, two full baths (sleeps 6). King size bed in
Master bedroom, 2 twins in second bedroom and a sleeper
sofa in the living room. Full wall sliding glass doors gives
you unobstructed and unlimited ocean views from the living
room, dining room and master bedroom. Master
bathroom has separate large shower, tub, dual sinks and
oceanview from large mirrors! You also have a great ocean
view from the kitchen sink!
Enjoy watching dolphins swim by from the oversized balcony.
Close to Daytona, St. Augustine and Orlando. 1 mile south
of Marine land where you can swim with, touch and feed dolphins
or snorkel and scuba dive with marine life. Watch space
launches from the balcony!
Association amenities include use of 3 swimming pools (2
are oceanfront and one which is oceanfront is heated in
the winter and a private pool for Surf Club 1 only), lighted
tennis courts, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, sanded volleyball
court, surf fishing, use of day dock and boat house on inter
coastal (also great for fishing), walking/biking trails
and use of clubhouse with small quiet library. Also, small
video library in the condo with videos for all all ages.
