The condo is a comfortable 928 sq. ft. (778 sq. ft. inside
+ 150 sq. ft. lanai). Located on the 4th floor (yes, there
is an elevator), the condo offers a striking view of the
Gulf of Mexico through the large opening (telescopic) sliding
glass doors across the living room and bedroom.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands,
a dresser, walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan. There also
is a clock/radio and a second telephone with an answering
machine. The TV in the living room area can be easily moved
into the bedroom.
There is an accordian-type pleated wooden wall that separates
the living room from the bedroom. This makes the living
area larger during the day, and gives privacy in the evening
if you also use the living room queen-sized sofa bed. The
bedroom and the living room have fully opening (telescopic)
sliding doors to the lanai, so you can see the Gulf of Mexico
from each area.
The condo has a full kitchen and is
equipped for a very comfortable stay. The screened porch
is a perfect place to relax. 2 bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas
are provided. The condo has central heating and air conditioning
2 telephones. Linens and towels, including beach towels,
are provided. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer
in the condo.
Sundial offers 3 restaurants, 5 pools, 12
tennis courts with organized tennis, childrens activities,
jacuzzi spa. Sanibel Island is a lush haven of vegetation,
wildlife refuges, bike paths, scenic beauty, golf, fishing,
watersports, cinema, theatre and cultural events.
