each with a queen bed, plus a double sofa sleeper and small
cot available also. The design is split plan, with the bedrooms
separated by the living area, offering greater privacy.

it a perfect rental for two couples or a family. The washer
and dryer is inside the unit including new large capacity
washer. There is a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools plus
a dining table with 4 chairs but room for 6. The dining
area offers a lovely view as one entire wall of the living
dining area, is windows.
There is a television in each of the bedrooms and VCR/DVD
in the master..
The master bedroom has a very private bathroom area including
large walk in closet and large shower. The guest bathroom
has tub and shower. This unit is a little different in that
the door does not exit to a dark hallway, but a walkway
offering views of the Bay, the quaint Floridian pink condo
complex to the left and the beautiful Ritz Carlton to the
right. Within seconds of leaving your covered parking spot
you can be on the Ringling Bridge to lovely St. Armands
Circle for the best shopping around. Or ride your bike to
breakfast over the bridge. Just 2 and 1/4 miles from your
door is gorgeous Lido Beach with its emerald waters.

Walk your dog to the Marina, just a couple of blocks away
to enjoy the boats (rentals available), the views or Marina
Jacks restaurant and bar on the Bay. You can wander downtown
for coffee at the bookstore/coffee shop, browse the
galleries or dine outdoors, before strolling back to your
