we are just 100 yards from the famous white sandy beaches,
50 yards from the Intracoastal waterway and just three blocks
from famous John’s Pass Village with it's fun shops,
great food, watersports, dinner cruises and more!

Studios, 1-BR and 2-BR apartments, all on the ground floor
and with tile floors. Pool & shuffleboard courts. Central
air (and heat), extended cable TV. BBQ gas grill, outside
picnic tables. All units have fully equipped kitchens. All
new appliances in all units.
Every unit has a microwave and a coffee maker. Guest laundry
facilities. Reasonable rates. SPECIALS ! Easy access to
both beach and bay. Parking available for boats, trailers
etc. for a minimal fee. There is a boat ramp just one block
away on quiet street - you can just pull your boat trailer
out of your parking slot and back it right down to the boat
ramp.
