4 bedroom 2 bath waterfront pool villa (15 mins to Sanibel Island) in Cape Coral, FL. New home (2950 sq. feet and an additional 1,000 sq. feet lanai). Large screened electric and or solar pool has shallow and deep ends and has steps into the pool with electric heated Jacuzzi and spa. Pool and Jacuzzi may be heated to a temp of 104 degrees. You will not be cold! Pool toys, beach chairs, balls, kick boards and noodles) included. Lounge chairs and table and chairs located outside in the pool area along with a grill.

10,000 lb. electric boatlift and redwood dock in the backyard. You may bring your own boat, or have a boat delivered for your use during your stay. 5 seat small pedal boat available for your free use while at the home. 2 car garage with garage door opener. Bikes: Several adult and one infant carrier seat, tricycle is available for use in the garage.
