Captiva Cutie was renovated, remodeled and decorated in Fall 2002 including a new private screened heated pool with spa. During the renovation, the cottage's charm was preserved to insure you have a Captiva Vacation in Paradise.
The location is in the desirable Captiva Village area. It is an easy walk to anything you need including great restaurants, convenient shops, and vacation activities. Some of the local restaurants have daily entertainment.
Captiva Cutie can accommodate up to eight in its 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (one with Jacuzzi tub), and sleeper sofa. It has a new kitchen and two new baths (one with a jacuzzi).
This vacation home features a living room with ceiling fan, a screened lanai, and a screened new private pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall. Captiva Cutie is tastefully decorated in fun tropical colors offset by Mexican ceramic tile and wall to wall carpeting (in the bedrooms).
The screened lanai opens from the living room and is connected to the pool. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the colorful and lush tropical plants that surround the property...or to relax after a refreshing swim.
