Schooner Beach House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home with separate games room. The 'Captains Quarters' is an optional 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite and is available for larger families. The upper deck overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is great for viewing and sunning. The lower screened deck is off the great room and dinning room.
Rental includes a golf car and club membrship (2 pools, tennis courts, bath house with sauna, showers and fitnes rooms, volleyball and basketball courts, childrens play area, kayaks, power boats, bar and resturant). Schooner is located steps to the beach and near the club facilities.
