Near Disney, Our beautiful, fully air-conditioned home is all on 1 level, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite to the master bedroom and offers direct access to the pool area.
A queen sized sofa bed is also available in the open-plan lounge / dining area, allowing the home to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.
The home also offers a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Laundry facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board are also available.
The screened pool area enjoys open views to Orange Groves to the rear of the home and also accommodates a shaded informal seating area furnished with patio table and chairs. Sun-loungers are also provided.
The garage is at your disposal for private parking. Other facilities provided for your comfort include cable T. V. in each room, D.V.D. player, telephone (free local calls), crockery, towels, linen and a lockable safe.

Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all close-by and it's only a short ride to the bustling areas of Kissimmee,Lake Buena Vista and International Drive, where there are many opportunities to purchase designer goods at heavily discounted prices.
There are also several first class golf courses in the vicinity and green fees tend to be reasonable.
