Surfside 1408 has it all.. luxuriously furnished, spacious, an incredible view of both the gulf and bay waters, and can be rented as a 3, 2 or 1 bedroom unit!
The furnishings, draperies and comforters are done in shades taupe and cream with black and gold accents. Heavy wooden amoires, iron decorative headboards and thick carpeting are just a few of the tasteful appointments of this one-of-a-kind vacation condo.
The full 3 bedroom condo can sleep up to 10. Through the use of a lockout
door, this condo can be split into a 2 bedroom unit which sleeps 6 and a one bedroom 'hotel style' unit that sleeps 4.
And Surfside Resort offers an extreme amount of amenities...heated pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, mens/ladies showers and saunas, sun bathing deck overlooking the ocean, sports deck with tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, BBQ area with picnic tables, interior hallways, some covered parking. We're especially excited about Surfside's new onsite restuarant, Kalypso! Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on a seasonal basis for an extra charge.
ACTIVITIES:
The location is the best...within one mile of the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall and so close to great golf courses, attractions, restaurants.. you name it! Along new Highway 98 there's much fun...putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, boutique shopping, water parks, cinemas. On the beach you can rent jet skis, wave runners, go para-sailing. Other fun things to do in Destin... Boating, Sailing, Dolphin-watching, Surfing, deep sea fishing, and more.
