Summer Spell is a 3 story 30 unit complex which means less people and a lot more peace and quiet. This 1 bedroom unit has french doors which lead out to your private balcony for a breathtaking view of the Gulf. 1 bedroom with a king size bed, hallway bunks and a sofa sleeper with one bath will accommodate six guest.
The kitchen is fully equipt for all your cooking needs. There is an on site laundry facility. This unit is a end unit so you have extra windows to look out over the water and beautiful grounds, there is also a front balcony.
Spacious living area which includes a full size sofa sleeper and dinette and a 25' TV with VCR. Linens are furnished for inside the condo, but bring your own beach towels for your time at the pool and on the beach.
On the grounds you will find a heated pool and an adult jacuzzi. There are BBQ grills on the property, you have on site laundry facilities. Fully equipped Kitchen.
Across the street is Miramar Park which has restrooms and showers. This complex is perfect for couples and small families. We are a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico where you can stroll for miles along the coast or swim and sunbath all day, what ever your hearts desire.
In the area you'll find restaurants ranging from casual dining to fast food, local churches, beauty shops, drug stores, post office, grocery stores, souvenir shops, water parks and lots more!!! There is also shopping at the world famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall, just a few minutes down the street. Go ahead and shop until you drop.
