This spacious and beautifully decorated split three bedroom, two bath, executive pool home is located in The Estates, an exclusive golf course community. What is considered one of the best public golf courses in the area is within walking distance and the beach is just a ten minute drive.
The large Master Bedroom features an oversized or California King bed along with a large walk-in closet, garden tub, twin sinks, and oversized shower. There is even room here for the roll-away twin bed we provide.
The Second bedroom provides comfort with a full size bed, and large closet. The third bedroom has sliders to the pool and furnished with two twin beds
THIS HOME IS A LONG-TERM RENTAL HOME. This means that it can only be rented for periods of 31 days or longer. This is due to “deed restrictions” in “The Estates” area. If your intended stay is shorter than 31 days please contact me for a possible exception and recommendations to others who may have the ability to offer you accommodations.
