The condo is a comfortable 822 sq. ft. (684 sq. ft. inside + 138 sq. ft. lanai). Located on the 2nd floor (yes, there is an elevator), the condo offers a lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico through the large opening (telescopic) sliding glass doors across the living room and bedroom.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a ceiling fan, and a closet.The TV in the living room area can be easily moved into the bedroom. The bedroom is carpeted and has full glass windows looking out at the view of the Gulf of Mexico.
There is an accordian-type pleated wooden wall that separates the living room from the bedroom. This makes the living area larger during the day, and gives privacy in the evening if you also use the living room queen-sized sofa bed.
The kitchen has a full stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sink with disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all that you'll need to cook and dine comfortably. There is a pass-through counter between the kitchen and the dining area. You can even see the Gulf view from the kitchen while you are at the sink! 2 bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided.
Sundial offers 3 restaurants, 5 pools, 12 tennis courts with organized tennis, childrens activities, jacuzzi spa. Sanibel Island is a lush haven of vegetation, wildlife refuges, bike paths, scenic beauty, golf, fishing, watersports, cinema, theatre and cultural events.
